Now you can get an electronic vaccination certificate with a QR code. The electronic vaccination certificate with QR code has been available since July 7.

To get an electronic vaccination certificate with a QR code from 21st July click here You will need to upload all the requested details and documents.

Those who cannot register online can go to the National Ayurveda Research and Training Center, Kirtipur from 10 am to 4 PM on July 7 and fill the form.

To complete the form you will need a full passport, a full vaccination card, a recent passport size photograph, a photocopy of the passport, a photocopy of the vaccination card, and a document of confession.

      The form is regarding “Online verification form for vaccination completed person without pre-registration”

      Why fill out this form?
      1) To ensure that everyone is vaccinated against COVID-19
      2) To facilitate those traveling abroad with the assurance of full vaccination.

    Its been since a week i submitted details online still not verified I’m afraid how long it takes.

      Hi Krishna Ji, if it’s taking long time it’s better to visit the center and ask for the status. Sometimes online might take so long too. The exact reason is unknown but assumption is the staffs are not checking frequently.
