Xiaomi Mi TV 4X (55″) 4K HDR Smart TV

Last year, Xiaomi Nepal formally entered the Nepali TV market with Mi TV 4X (55″). A brand that has been known for its excellent value-for-money products had finally expanded its portfolio into the Nepalese TV market as well. The TV was launched at a sweet price of 64,999. However, the company has bumped it to NPR 73,499, citing the global chip shortage.

Mi TV 4X 55″ has 4K resolution with support for HDR content, but in our test, HDR videos weren’t lively enough. Moreover, its viewing angle too was slightly disappointing. Moving past these, the TV runs on Android 9.0 TV and supports every streaming service like YouTube, Netflix, Spotify, etc. Unfortunately, “PatchWall”, Xiaomi’s own content moderation and suggestion system, doesn’t work here in Nepal. The TV has a 2x 10W speaker system and supports Dolby Audio and DTS-HD.
