Chatbot service launched by Securities Board for investors to ask their queries

Nepal Securities Board will now listen to investor complaints through chatbot. Finance Minister on Monday. Prakash Sharan Mahat launched the chatbot.
On the occasion of World Investor Week 2023, the board has started the chatbot service.

The chatbot can be used by visiting the website of the Securities Board. Now you can only ask questions on the chatbot in English.

The board said that it will gradually introduce the facility to ask questions in Nepali language as well.
