You have to register the IMEI number of the current mobile. Mishra said that it was an old rule but the current mobile phones will not be switched off from July 20.

“Right now, all services are based on mobile. It is embarrassing to turn off all the mobiles at once. Mobile phones with seams are not being switched off ‘, he said.

However, he informed that the mobile phones entering Nepal from July 20 will be blocked if they are not registered.
