The company, which was started by Mofusal, has succeeded in making a leap to the international market in a short period of time. The software manufacturing company started by Deepak Sah and his partner Sachin Sah, who are entrepreneurs themselves, from Birganj is now heading towards the international market.

Dynamic Technosoft Pvt Ltd is a software company that was started in 2010 by renting a room in a friend’s house. They decided to do something for themselves instead of a job, so they started a business by taking a loan from a C-class financial institution at a high-interest rate. Meanwhile, their friend Arjan Shah also joined. Now, the company is managed by three people.

Deepak’s desire to become a software developer entrepreneur was inspired by his father. About 25 years ago, Sah’s father worked as a computer operator in the Birganj sugar industry. When he saw his father working on the computer, Sah’s desire to study computers came in his childhood. To fulfil that dream, Sah studied software.

Since childhood, Sah strongly desired to have his own business. He saw that his father did business. Sah, who learned business from his grandfather, thought he should study software and become an entrepreneur. By the same token, Sah has now become a software developer and entrepreneur. It was definitely not easy for them to start work.

However, the passion that has been in their hearts since they were children never let them lose heart. They were only 20 years old when they started the company. They worked hard day and night without going anywhere, right and left, with the determination to do something in the software sector of Nepal and their own place.

The business started from Birgunj has now spread across the country and abroad. At present, branches have been expanded to 6 places in Nepal and India, Japan and other countries.

The main office is in Birganj. He has operated a corporate house in Baneshwar, Kathmandu. Similarly, branches of the company have been expanded in Itahari, Butwal, Pokhara and Janakpur.

Although it was difficult for them to get a job initially, they don’t have much problem now. They have developed the ability to compete with international companies. According to market demand, they have brought different brands of software.

Half a dozen of the company’s own brand software are available in the market. Dynamic Group operates a trading business. Its annual turnover is 150 million rupees, and it employs more than 200 people.

The owner and CEO of the company says, ‘We have made the company able to compete with the international market by working day and night. It was not easy to work in the beginning. In the summer of Virganj, we used to work continuously without food, water, or sleep. Now, 14 years of work experience is maturing us.’

The company has reached a position where it can compete with any national or international company in terms of quality of work and service. The software developed by the company is being used by large commercial houses, industries, hospitals, various business associations, and schools. Currently, the company has more than 2000 regular customers through various organizations, schools, and colleges.

Sah claims that the users are satisfied with their services, and to date, there have been no complaints that the service and quality have deteriorated. Our aim is not just to survive by making software. We focus more on providing quality service to the software,’ he said. We work by keeping the software user at the centre point. That is the reason why we are now considered excellent in service.’

Shah says, ‘We know that success will come only if we work hard to excel in service. Our company’s basic principle is that service should be done with full responsibility and honesty after work. Which is very difficult in the beginning. Not that we didn’t either.’

In the beginning, it was difficult to explain Dynamic as software. It is their experience that it is very challenging to get those who understand that they can get it on CD for 30-40 rupees to use the ERP software that has been prepared after years of hard work.

But Sah says that the market is getting easier recently. Sah complains that although the government will encourage the IT technology industry, it has not prioritised indigenous software industries.

He says, ‘Nepalese are also capable of competing with international companies. There are many ERP software companies in Nepal that provide better service and quality than them. Government agencies do not trust Nepali companies when trying to do government work. Even the good industries have been discouraged by the tendency of the Nepalese government not to believe in the work and services of Nepali people when they operate the industry with the intention of doing some good work in Nepal.’

Sah says that foreign money will stay in Nepal if the government prioritises domestic production. He said that the government will give first priority to international companies when it comes to the work of government agencies. He says that the state should use the products of the Nepali industry to encourage the Nepali industry.

According to Sah, large industries use dynamic software, including Dugad Group, Sipradi, Shalimar Group, Hulas Steel, and Godavari Group. Dynamic Academic ERP and its mobile app are now used by over a thousand schools nationwide.

Sah claims that this software, made with all the latest features and usage, is better than other software in the market. Shah says that he is keen to expand his products in the international market and serve more responsibly.

He said he is constantly paying attention to software upgrades and excellent service. Shah further says, ‘Dynamic has now launched four software products in the market. It develops software such as Dynamic Academic ERP, Professional Office Management, Dynamic Account ERP, HR and Payroll Software, and Dynamic AMS used by various organizations for School and College Management.

He said that now, the companies under the Dynamic Group will not be limited to Nepal and India’s markets but will be expanded to other countries as well. Shah said there is a plan to expand the company’s branches in Asian countries, including Bhutan and Bangladesh.

Saha says that young people do not need to migrate abroad in search of work if they are willing to work hard and honestly. Sah says that if you work day and night, you can become a successful entrepreneur in Nepal with a small investment.
