E-learning platform My Second Teacher donated Rs 500,000 to the national cricket team

The e-learning platform My Second Teacher has given Rs 500,000 to the cricket team that won the title in the tri-national cricket tournament between Nepal, Netherlands and Malaysia last April.

Along with giving Rs 500,000 to the national cricket team, My Second Teacher has also given Rs 100,000 each to the four players who made their debut in the tournament. The award was handed over only on Wednesday due to a restraining order.

Nepal defeated Malaysia and the Netherlands in the series held at the Tribhuvan International Cricket Stadium in Kirtipur to clinch the top spot in the series.

My Second Teacher was made public on April 22 with the aim of digitizing Nepal’s education. Developed by Cambridge School Singapore, the platform has been implemented in 18 countries of the world including Nepal and is reaching 50 countries this year.

Developed by Cambridge School, this platform has been brought to Nepal by ING Group and Innovative Tech. My Second Teacher has received very good response from students, teachers, parents and educational institutions.

Currently, Misecond Teacher has more than 20,000 customers. Currently, only 4 subjects of class 10 are available on this platform.

My Second Teacher is an e-learning platform aimed at upgrading Nepal’s education sector. Educational materials are being designed according to the courses of the Center for Curriculum Development (CDC) in My Second Teacher.

The language used in it is also colloquial. The course is designed by mixing both English and Nepali language so that all the students can understand.

At present, only four subjects of English, Mathematics, Science and Economics have been designed for class ten, but all the courses of class 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 are being prepared till next year.
