Now there is no fee for company registration and capital increase. The system of free company registration and capital increase announced by the government through the budget of the current financial year has been implemented.

On Monday, the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply published a notice in the Gazette announcing that the company registration fee has been waived.

According to the revised gazette, according to section 5 of the Companies Act 2063, no fee will be charged for registering private limited companies and public limited companies.
