Honor Magic 5 Pro Price in Nepal

Honor has launched the Honor Magic 5 Pro, a flagship phone with the highest DXOMARK rating to date. The Magic 5 Pro was unveiled in MWC 2023 alongside Honor Magic 5. The smartphone is set to compete in the flagship arena with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, 50MP triple cameras, and four sides curved display. In this article, let’s dive into the specs, features, and expected price of Honor Magic 5 Pro in Nepal.

Honor Magic 5 Pro Overview:

Let’s start with the main highlight of the Honor Magic 5 Pro. The smartphone packs a triple 50MP flagship camera setup which has bagged the highest DXOMARK rating score of 152. This beats the previous champion Huawei Mate 50 Pro’s score of 147. Honor has housed the camera array in the “Eye of the Muse” design. This one is actually inspired by the first black hole image of the Milky Way Galaxy.

Honor Magic 5 Pro Camera Design

Leading the show is a 50MP primary lens with an f/1.6 aperture and OIS. This 50MP shooter is a 1/1.12-inch 8P lens allowing a 37% increase in image definition by capturing more light. Likewise, there is a 50MP optically stabilized telephoto lens with 3.5X optical zoom. The digital zoom game goes up to 100X here. Continuing the setup is a 50MP ultrawide unit with a 122° FOV which also doubles as a 2.5cm macro camera.

To assist the lenses, there is an 8×8 dTOF sensor for laser focusing that captures real-time depth information for swifter and more accurate focus. Even the dual LED flash gets a flicker and multi-spectrum color temperature sensor, aiding the color accuracy and less flickering in low-light situations.

Moving to the front, the pill-shaped cutout sports a dual setup with a 12MP camera along with a 3D TOF sensor, acting as a 3D face scanner for biometrics and security. Both the front and back cameras are capable of capturing 4K videos.

Display and Design

The highest DXOMARK rating also follows here in the display section with a rating score of 151. The Honor Magic 5 Pro sports a 6.8-inch OLED panel with curved four sides. The 120Hz display comes with LTPO technology for variable refresh rates between 1 – 120Hz. Furthermore, the attributes of the screen include a 480Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and up to 1800 nits of peak brightness. The phone’s display is also the first one to bag the TÜV Rheinland Circadian Friendly Certification.
