How to find a lost Android phone, lock it remotely and delete data?

For some reason, we can all lose our phones. At such times we may be worried about how to get the phone, what happens to the data in the phone. That’s why today we will discuss how to find a lost Android phone, lock it remotely and delete data.
First you need to sign in to your Google Account from another Android device.

Then go to or Google ‘Find My Device’ and the location will come up. As soon as the Find My Device webpage opens, a notification goes to the lost phone. If you feel that you have not been notified, click on the refresh button on the right.

After this, the notification goes to the lost phone and as soon as the notification is sent to that phone, the location of that phone can be seen on the map or you can see the last location. You will also see three options on the left side of the screen which will be Play Sound, Secure Device and Erase Device.

If you choose the first option, the phone will vibrate or mute, but it will ring at full volume for five minutes. Clicking on the secure device will lock the phone remotely with your PIN, password or screen lock. If you didn’t have a security option when you first had the phone, you can keep it even after you lose it. The Erase Device option deletes all your data. After this, the feature of Find My Phone also does not work, so this step should be completed as soon as possible.
