Nepal’s leading information technology company Infodevelopers will be the digital partner of the third cooperative conference.
Infodevelopers will be a digital partner in the 3rd National Cooperative General Conference, which is going to be held with the main slogan of ‘self-regulation and governance for the sustainability of cooperatives’.
The conference is being held at Hotel Yak & Yeti in Kathmandu from 23rd to 25th of Chait. There will be a comprehensive discussion on 11 issues in this general conference, in which there will be presentations by international cooperation experts including former finance ministers, ministers, former governors and secretaries. In addition, experts from Australia, Japan, India and others will also have key presentations.
Earlier, the second conference was held on April 4-5, 2018 with the theme ‘Cooperation for achieving sustainable development goals’. The General Conference issued a 10-point manifesto covering issues such as increasing the role of the sector in production growth, job creation and poverty reduction.
Meenraj Kandel, president of the National Cooperative Federation of Nepal, informed that the Federation and the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation have been holding a National Cooperative General Conference every 5-5 years.
Infodevelopers, which is a digital partner of the conference, is a company working on various software products and projects for cooperatives and microfinance.
This company has been providing facilities for cooperatives such as core banking, mobile banking, market representatives can deposit funds from the location where the members of cooperatives and microfinance are located.
