Meta’s AI Sam can find objects within public, photos and videos

Meta has released its own AI technology, Sam, which can find various objects in photos and videos. At present, while various companies are publishing their own artificial intelligence, Meta has published Sam.

Sam is Facebook’s phono-linguistic model. Meta has already been using AI to tag users in posts and moderate content, but the company believes that after the release of Sam, it will further increase the reach of AI tools among users.

The complete form of SAM is the segment anything model. It differs from other AIs in that it can recognize even untrained objects.
