The number of Nepalis living abroad for various purposes like employment and study is increasing day by day. While a minority of Nepalis live abroad, it is inconvenient for them to access their bank accounts in Nepal for activities like viewing transaction details and making small transactions.

To simplify this situation, Garima Bikas Bank has enhanced its mobile banking service to cater to its overseas customers.

Now, customers who want to avail mobile banking service from the bank while living abroad can do so by completing the necessary documents specified by the bank. Furthermore, customers who use this facility can easily access the bank’s web banking by using their Garima Digi Wallet username and password.

Additionally, the bank never requests banking details (such as PIN, password, OTP, etc.) from its customers over phone or through other means. Hence, customers are advised not to share their personal banking details with others through phone calls or messages.
