National Innovation Center distributes more than 90,000 free materials to fight corona epidemic

The National Innovation Center has distributed more than 90,000 free materials to fight the corona epidemic. The center has distributed more than 90,000 PPEs, face shields, isolation chambers, robots and other materials free of cost since the onset of the epidemic.

According to Mahavir Pun, chairman of the center, 51,300 PPEs, 39,700 face shields, 92 powered air purifying machines, 210 isolation hoods, 405 corpse boxes, 29 isolation chambers for patients and robots going to 6 corona wards have been distributed free of cost.

Similarly, 92 swab collection booths, 38 aerosol boxes, 33 UVC purification boxes, 6 UVC normalization trolleys, 1 swab collection jeep and 7 mini oxygen plants have been constructed and distributed in different hospitals, said Pun.

The center has repaired 42 damaged ventilators of different hospitals, 18 damaged kidney dialysis machines of different hospitals, 3 oxygen plant repairs of hospitals, repaired 25 damaged oxygen concentrators and 125 connectors of oxygen cylinders.

The National Innovation Center itself has distributed various items purchased and donated. The center donated 4,000 virus filters, 100 pulse oximeters, 29 CPAP and BPAP machines, and 152 new masks donated by Stanford University.

Similarly, 53 ventilators donated by Guardian Health System and 2 ventilators donated by Nepal American Chamber of Commerce Texas have also been distributed.

The Innovation Center has also purchased and distributed various materials. There are 160 oxygen concentrators of 5 liters, 34 oxygen concentrators of 10 liters and 64 oxygen cylinders of 47 liters.

Also, according to the Innovation Center, 36 5-liter oxygen concentrators received from Israel, 13 5-liter oxygen concentrators donated by other donors and 18 10-liter oxygen concentrators donated by the St. Xavier-1975 team have been distributed.

Also distributed were 10 47-liter oxygen cylinders donated by Ekta Samaj South Korea, 500 oxygen cylinder regulators from NRNA China, 80 respiratory hoods donated by Southmade Company New Zealand, and 15,000 dollars worth of black fungus medicine donated by Nebraska Naples Society.
