Ncell’s 18th Anniversary: Join Us in Our Blood Donation Program

To commemorate its 18th anniversary, Ncell Aziata Limited organized a blood donation program at its corporate office, Ncell Icon Building, Lanchaur, Kathmandu on Tuesday. More than 100 people donated blood in this program.

In this blood donation program organized in collaboration with our Life Bank, the general public, customers who came to Ncell Icon and Ncell employees donated blood. When the donated blood is used to save a person’s life or in medical treatment, the donors will receive the information via SMS.

As Ncell embarks on its new journey, this blood donation drive is organized under the company’s brand promise ‘Today, tomorrow, forever together’ with the anniversary theme ‘We are for you’. Ncell remains focused on its principles and is committed to providing continuous quality service for Nepal and Nepali people.

Blood donation is an important part of healthcare around the world and it helps to save many lives, especially in emergency situations.

Ncell Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Jabbor Kayumov thanked everyone who participated in the program and donated blood to save precious lives. “We are happy that together with local residents and our customers we can do social work that saves people’s lives. Donating blood is a selfless act. It gives great satisfaction to the mind as it brings positive to human life. This is an example of our commitment to Nepal, Nepali society, and community.”

Ncell has also announced various other programs on the occasion of its 18th anniversary under the theme ‘We are for you’.

Among such programs are the social initiative ‘eight for eight’ which is implemented at the community level of the province under professional social responsibility i.e. 18 for 18 program, support to national Paralympic athletes representing in national and international games, tree plantation on both sides of Bagmati Corridor road etc.

In the past 18 years, Ncell has contributed more than Rs 1.80 billion to social projects in various fields including education, environment, and health.
