New Ncell Center in Lahan

Ncell Aziata Limited has launched its new center at Shahid Chowk in Lahan with the aim of providing its customers with a world-class service facility experience by providing various services from one place.

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Ncell, Jabbor Kayumov, inaugurated the Ncell Center on Thursday during a program. From today, this center is fully operational to provide services to all customers.

From this new Ncell center established in accordance with its brand promise ‘Today, tomorrow, forever together’, customers can inquire about Ncell’s services and facilities, purchase SIMs, get information about internet settings and also get various corporate services.

Similarly, customers can get other customer services from this center like upgrading their SIM to 4G, changing SIM and mobile number, upgrading SIM to E-SIM, changing CUG numbers, business plan, resuming international roaming, bill payment, balance recharge and transfer. .

“Our main objective is to create more benefits for our customers through our services.” Jabbour said, “This new Ncell Center in Lahan is operational in line with our commitment to provide world-class customer services at the local level.”

The center will provide services to customers from 9 am to 5:30 pm, seven days a week from Sunday to Saturday. Before this, Ncell was providing customer service from its old Ncell center in Lahan for the past 10 years.

Ncell has been operating 34 Ncell centers in different parts of the country to facilitate its customer service and provide excellent customer experience.
