New user having trouble watching Nepal-Canada cricket live when Dishhome Go's server is not working

Kathmandu. The server of Dishhome Go, an OTT platform that can be used to watch ODI cricket live between Nepal and Canada, is down. When there is a lot of traffic at once, it is a problem to watch television channels through the app.

Ramesh Sapkota, general manager of Dishhome, said that the server is having problems sending OTP to new users and verifying it. “Efforts are being made to solve the problem in the system,” he said.

Canada's national cricket team, which is visiting Nepal, will play a three-match series against Nepal's national team. All those games have been arranged to be shown live through Dishhome's Action Sports HD 1 channel.

Only users of Dishhome's DTH, ITV (Dishhome's IPTV) and OTT platform Dishhome Go can watch the channel live.
