From now on, the workers going for foreign employment will be able to send the electronic vaccination certificate with foreign QR code through email by the foreign employment entrepreneur (manpower) company.

After a discussion between the Minister of State for Health and Population, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and the Secretary of Social Security on Friday, the Department of Health Services has agreed to send the vaccine certificate to the manpower company.

Minister of State for Health Umesh Shrestha on Friday made arrangements for the service recipients not to wait in line after the news was published that the youths going abroad had to lose their tickets due to lack of coordination between the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Health.

Director General of the Department of Foreign Employment, Krishna Prasad Dawadi, expressed confidence that the problem of lack of coordination between the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Health has been resolved even though it was late and now the service recipients will be greatly relieved.

According to the Health Information and Vaccination Center under the Department of Health, a new steam has also been developed, which eliminates the problem of one person filling up an online form up to 10 times.

Senior Public Health Officer of the center Dr. Deepak Jha informed that after uploading all the documents and uploading the required documents for electronic vaccination certificate including QR code, arrangements have been made to go to QR code manpower automatically.

Sujit Shrestha, general secretary of the Foreign Employment Association, informed that the code number will be sent to the service recipients through email within two hours of their arrival at the licensing institution. He said that after the implementation of this type of service, the service recipients will get a lot of relief and there will be no possibility of missing tickets.

According to the Vaccination Center, more than 20,000 QR codes have been issued so far. According to the center, those going abroad have to register online and upload the required details and documents. Those who fill online can go to the place to fill the confession form and download the confession document.
