Now it is possible to download Foreign Study Permit (NOC) online.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, while issuing a new guideline regarding approval of foreign studies, has made it possible to download NOC with QR online.
In a program organized at the NOC office on Monday, the arrangement to collect NOC from home has been started.
Along with this, now there is no need to go to Sanothimi to get NOC, there is no need to stand in a long line. NOC can be downloaded at home.
To download the NOC, the applicant has to apply online for the NOC. After the application is accepted, the prescribed fee can be paid through bank or online.
After paying the fee, the applicant can download and print the NOC with QR code.
