Oppo has cut the price of the Oppo A16k 64GB variant in Nepal again. The company first cut its price in June 2022, before the launch of the base 32GB variant.

When the Oppo A16k debuted in Nepal in April 2022, only the 4GB RAM variant with 64GB storage was available. Then in June, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer launched the 3/32GB variant in the country.
Initially, the 4GB variant was priced at Rs. 19,990, but in early June, the company dropped the price by Rs. 2,000 — and now again by Rs. 500.
The Oppo A16k is very similar to the Oppo A16 that was launched last year but with a few downgrades. In this article, we will go through the specs and features of the Oppo A16k and its availability in Nepal.

Oppo A16k Overview
Design
The Oppo A16k is available in Midnight Black and Blue color and has a plastic back with a matte finish. It has a square camera island made to look like a dual-camera setup.

The power and volume buttons are located on the right side.</p><p>Unlike the Oppo A16, the A16k features a micro-USB port instead of the USB-C, which is located on the bottom along with a speaker, a mic, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It sports a 6.52-inch HD+ (720 x 1600 px) IPS LCD display. It has a typical brightness of 480 nits. The display has a waterdrop notch and a large chin.

Camera
Unlike the Oppo A16, which has a triple-camera setup on the back, the Oppo A16k has a single 13MP rear camera.

The Oppo A16k is a toned-down version of the Oppo A16. The A16k drops the macro and depth cameras and the fingerprint sensor. And has a micro-USB port instead of USB-C and a smaller battery.
