Realme GT 5G Master Edition Rumors, Specs, Features, Launch

Realme recently hosted a virtual conference to announce the global release of the Realme GT 5G. Only days after its introduction, the internet is buzzing with reports confirming the existence of Realme GT 5G Master Edition.

Realme GT 5G Master Edition Rumors:

Realme’s VP recently teased a new smartphone launch by posting a picture on Weibo with Japanese designer Mr. Naoto Fukasawa. He didn’t give any details regarding the phone, but Digital Chat Station, a reliable leakster, stated that Realme’s upcoming smartphone will be the GT 5G Master Edition.

The photo with the Japanese designer makes sense because he also designed the company’s previous Master Edition (Realme X2 Pro Master Edition).

Tipster claims

We didn’t have much info about this mysterious Realme phone till the interesting claims came out from Chinese tipsters. A Realme device was recently spotted in a 3C and TENAA listing. It carries RMX3366 as its model number which was previously believed to be the Realme X9 Pro. However, the Chinese tipsters are now claiming that it could be debuting as the Realme GT 5G Master Edition.

Realme GT Master Edition Tipsters claims

They claim that there are two devices in the works – the first being the Realme GT 5G Master Edition and the second is the Realme X9. The latter will replace the Realme V15 whereas the former will be a high-performance imaging flagship phone with a lightweight design.

Certification

According to the TENAA certification, Realme RMX3366 boasts a 6.55-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with curved edges and a punch-hole design. The device might include a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 primary camera, a 16-megapixel Sony IMX481 ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel B&W lens. On the front, it comes with a Sony IMX616 32-megapixel selfie camera.

Realme GT Master Edition TENAA Certification

Under the hood, Snapdragon 870 mobile platform will power the device with 12GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Given that the Realme GT boasts a Snapdragon 888 processor, the silicon is clearly a letdown. Previous rumors hinted that the Oppo Reno 6 Pro+ and RMX3366 are the same.

Launch

There is no specific date for the release of GT Master Edition. So we’ll have to wait and see till Realme begins to tease their next device.
