The smartphone has appeared on multiple listings, including the IMEI database and the FCC. And these listings may hold some clues about its specs and features. So let’s take a closer look at what we know so far.

Except for IMEI and FCC, the handset has also appeared on NBTC, TDRA, and IMDA certification. While the NBTC and TRDA listings confirm the moniker as Redmi Note 12, the FCC listing details the model number as 23021RAAEG. Here, ‘G’ means global.

These certifications don’t reveal much in terms of specifications. But past rumors of the Redmi Note 12 4G suggests that it could be a rebadged version of the two-year-old Redmi Note 10 Pro.

Given the rumors are true, the Note 12 4G could have a 6.67″ FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. Similarly, you can expect Corning Gorilla Glass protection, as seen on the Note 10 Pro, as well as a peak brightness of 1200 nits.
