Samsung has used its homegrown Exynos 1330 SoC on this phone as well. To note, the same chip also powers the A14 5G and M14 5G. This 5nm silicon boasts 5G with 13 bands and has two Cortex A-78 cores running at 2.4GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz. And there is Mali-G68 MP2 GPU onboard for handling the graphics.
Memory-wise, the phone is available in two configurations: 4/128GB and 6/128GB. Likewise, the internal storage is expandable up to 1Tb via a microSD card. Users can also virtually expand the RAM up to 12GB. Likewise, it comes with Android 13-based OneUI 5 out-of-the-box. Samsung has promised 2 major OS updates and 4 years of security updates.

For the optics, Samsung has opted for a dual camera setup on the F14 5G. The primary lens is a 50MP shooter with an f/1.8 aperture. It is followed by a 2MP macro sensor. Whereas on the front side, you get a 13MP camera for snapping selfies and taking video calls.

Furthermore, the device draws its juice from a 6000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. There is a side-mounted fingerprint reader for biometrics security as well. Other features of the F14 5G are Samsung Wallet, Voice Focus, Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 5, GPS, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port.
