Will AI make work easier or not? The survey says so

While AI has helped many, it has also created a huge debate on whether it will affect human jobs or not. Information technology company HP has surveyed whether AI can easily replace human work.
Most employees around the world are struggling with burnout, heavy workloads and extreme stress. However in HP’s survey, the survey showed that AI can help reduce these employee problems.
HP Inc.’s Work Relations Index surveyed 15,600 employees across industries in 12 countries. Its findings show that morale is low in workplaces around the world. According to the survey, only 27 per cent of workers feel that they have a good relationship with their work.
This is a big problem for employees and businesses. Because no company can move forward unless employees are encouraged and their morale is raised.
More than 55 per cent of workers surveyed say artificial intelligence will open up new opportunities in the workplace, while 75 per cent of business leaders say AI will make work easier.
Before the HP Amplify Partner Conference in Las Vegas, Dave Shull, president of HP Workforce Solutions at HP Inc., said AI will change the dynamics of work and create a more positive and productive environment for everyone.
