The guideline also states that the website should be responsive, government emails can be viewed, government offices themselves can update the information or details on the website, date and time should be shown in Nepali, SSL and TLS certificates should be used on the website, and persons with disabilities should have easy access. Has been done.

Similarly, after creating a website, the government office will have to take the source code, technical documentation, credentials, user manual from the website builder and ensure that they do not have access to such web data after the expiry of their service period as per the agreement.

The government office will have to arrange for the Department of Information Technology to test and secure its website at least once a year.

Necessary assistance can be obtained from the Department of Information Technology while constructing the website as per the guidelines of the government office. The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology will monitor whether the website of the government office has been created.

With the issuance of this directive, the directive 2068 on website creation and management of government bodies has been repealed.
