Micromax In Note 1 Price in Nepal

After a long hiatus, Micromax made comeback in India with two new smartphones. They launched Micromax In Note 1 and In 1b on November 3rd, 2020.

And now they are set to make a comeback in Nepal with Global Business as the authorized distributor.

Micromax announced their arrival in Nepal via their Facebook page and they are set to launch the Micromax In Note 1 in Nepal next week.

In Note 1 is a budget offering from Micromax that will compete against the offerings from Xiaomi, Realme, and Infinix. So, let’s see what it has to offer!

Micromax In Note 1 Overview

Design

Micromax In Note 1 sports a plastic rear with a plastic frame. There’s an X pattern on the back of the phone that makes it look cool. Furthermore, there’s a rectangular camera setup on the rear flanked by a fingerprint sensor.

On the front, In Note 1 sports a hole punch right in the middle.

Display

For display, In Note 1 has a 6.67 inches IPS LCD panel with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.

It maintains an aspect ratio of 20:9 and has a peak brightness of 440 nits.

Hardware

Micromax has decided to go with MediaTek chipset on the In Note 1.

In Note 1 carries a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage. Helio G85 is similar to the Helio G80, it has an Octa-core CPU (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.8 GHz Cortex-A55) and Mali-G52 MC2 GPU.

In Note 1 will provide good performance with the aforementioned chipset and RAM/ROM combination. The same chipset can be found on the likes of the Redmi Note 9.

Camera

In terms of camera, Micromax In Note 1 has a 48MP main sensor, a 5MP ultrawide angle sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor.

On the front, it gets a 16MP sensor for selfies.

Battery & Others

In Note 1 has a 5000mAh battery along with 18W fast charging.

Furthermore, In Note 1 runs on Android 10.

As for other features, In Note 1 comes with Bluetooth 5, 5GHz Wi-Fi, and 4G connectivity.

Micromax In Note 1 costs INR 10,999 (~ NPR 17600) for 4/64GB variant in India. So, we expect Micromax In Note 1 price in Nepal to be below Rs. 20,000.

Micromax will launch both 4/64GB and 4/128GB variants of the In Note 1 in Nepal next week. It might launch as soon as Sunday, March 14th. After the launch of In Note 1, Micromax IN Nepal is also planning to launch the In 1b.

Micromax In Note 1 is a good budget smartphone and offers a good value proposition in terms of performance. With the same chipset as the Redmi Note 9, it will be one of the best performing phones under Rs. 20,000 in Nepal.

Not only performance, but it provides a flexible quad-camera setup and good battery life as well. All in all, it will be a good budget option.
