Lava Blaze 5G Launched in India With 50-Megapixel Rear Camera, 5,000mAh Battery
A new low-cost 5G smartphone, the Lava Blaze 5Gwas released in India on Monday by the company Lava International.
The smartphone uses a MediaTek Dimensity 700 system-on-chip and is offered in two colorways. It has a waterdrop notch display and a triple camera setup on the back, with the main sensor clocking in at 50 megapixels and supported by AI.
There is a 5,000mAh battery inside the Lava Blaze 5G, along with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The built-in RAM can be virtually upgraded by up to 3GB by making use of the spare space.

The 6.51-inch HD+ IPS (720×1,600) display on the Android 12-powered Lava Blaze 5G has a 90Hz refresh rate.

Professional shooting and recording modes are available for both the rear and front cameras, including artificial intelligence (AI), beauty (filters), GIF, HDR, macro, motion, night, panorama, portrait, slow motion timelapse, and UHD.
Built-in storage is 128GB via UFS 2.2, and can be expanded via microSD card to a maximum of 256GB.
The Lava Blaze 5G supports 5G, Bluetooth V5.1, GLONASS, a 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, GPRS, and a USB Type-C port.
There are a variety of onboard sensors, including an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor.
Additionally, the fingerprint sensor is located on the side, and the phone can be unlocked with a simple glance.
The new Lava Blaze 5G features a 5,000mAh battery. A single charge of the battery is said to provide up to 50 hours of talk time and up to 25 days of standby time.
