Yatri Project One Overview

Design

Like its more ambitious sibling, Project One (P-1) also goes for the minimalistic aesthetics. However, it sports a more scrambler-like or dual-sport design.

The white carbon fiber assists with the minimal design while serving a practical purpose.

It is neither loud nor aggressive.  But it still manages to look elegant, especially with futuristic and modern vibes.

If you compare the body structure with P-0, the battery placement seems more well-integrated.

Furthermore, Project One also includes more premium features like front LED light with DRL and rear LED light.

Project One will be available in Silver color.

Performance

Yatri’s Project One is slightly tone-down than its expensive sibling. Nonetheless, it comes with promising performance.

Yatri P1 is powered by an electric powertrain with high performance at low operating costs. The electric motor will generate a max power of 19HP (14kW) and a max torque of 430Nm at wheel.

It should be noted that the P1 claims 110Kg Kerbweight, relatively light-weight than its sibling.

During our test ride of P1, the electric bike felt familiar but different.

However, I am still confused about why the brake levers functions were changed. (rear-wheel on left and front-wheel on right).

Features

While the list of features is slightly tone-down, it is still impressive. Here is a quick list of features in the Yatri Project One.

Yatri Project One Price in Nepal and Availability

Yatri Project One (P-1) price in Nepal is Rs. 4,95,000. Unlike the P0, Yatri Motorcycles did not go into details about the overall specs and features.

There are still few unanswered questions, especially around the features.

The product launch live event should have showcased a production-ready iteration. However, I think there are few refinements yet to be made.

As of right now, it is available for bookings with delivery starting on Yatri’s website.

If you are interested, you can place an order or make a touch-less down-payment through the official channels.
