The law is being amended to provide for renewal of driving license every 10 years

The government is about to remove the requirement to renew driving license every 5 years.

In the draft of the bill prepared by the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs to amend some Nepal Acts, a provision has been proposed to renew the driving license in 10 years.

Currently, there is a system to renew the driving license every 5-5 years. The government is going to amend the existing law as the process of renewal in 5-5 years has become more complicated.
