Apple employees may not use ChatGPT

In the last 6 months, AI has carved a niche for itself across the world and the country. In this list, the name of ChatGPT comes first, after that all the technology companies have started moving towards it one by one. But it seems that Apple wants to get out of the list of promoting Chatjipati.

Apple has banned the use of ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence devices for its employees.

Citing documents and sources, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday that Apple is concerned about leaking confidential data about employees who use AI programs.

It also advised its employees not to use Microsoft’s GitHub CoPilot, which is used to store software code.

Reuters reported last month that ChatGPT’s developer, OpenAI, introduced an ‘incognito mode’ for ChatGPT, which does not save users’ chat history. ChatGPT has taken this decision after questions were raised about data security in ChatGPT.

There is growing scrutiny over how ChatGPT and other chatbots managed to manage millions of users’ data, which is typically used to improve or ‘train’ AI.

Earlier on Thursday, OpenAI launched the ChatGPT app for Apple’s iOS in the US.
