The Ministry of Health and Population has informed us that the vaccination certificate with QR code will be available free of cost.
Announcing the information, the ministry drew attention to the complaints of some manpower companies that they had to pay a fee to get the vaccine card and informed them that the vaccine card is available free of cost.
The ministry has urged all to refrain from doing anything that could harm the public.
The ministry has also urged the concerned stakeholders to take strict action against the illegal charges.
Here’s how to get a free vaccine card online
To get an electronic vaccination certificate with a QR code click here You will need to upload all the requested details and documents. The vaccination certificate will be ready 5 days after filling out the online form.
People who fill out the online form to see if their certificate is ready click here The status of the certificate can be ascertained by keeping the registration number and date of birth. Once the vaccination certificate is ready, the certificate can be downloaded from the said link.
One copy of the vaccine certificate can be printed and kept for convenience. This certificate does not require any seal or signature.
Also, those who are going to the country where the certificate with a QR code is mandatory are requested to get the ticket only after receiving the certificate with a QR code.
