Infinix Hot 10 is a budget smartphone with a Helio G70 chipset but what else does it offer for the price? Let’s see!

Infinix Hot 10 has a similar design as the Infinix Hot 9. The camera module looks like one from the Samsung M31 as it features a quad-camera setup now. It retains the fingerprint sensor in the same position.

On the front, it comes with 6.78 inches IPS LCD HD display with a screen resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels.

The LCD panel boasts 82.2% screen-to-body-ratio along with 264 PPI density.

Infinix Hot 10 has received a major upgrade in terms of hardware. While the Hot 9 included an Helio A25 chipset, Infinix Hot 10 comes with a MediaTek Helio G70 chipset.

Helio G70 is a budget gaming chipset from MediaTek. It features Octa-core (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.7 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU and Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU. This chipset can is seen in phones like Realme C3 and Infinix Note 7.

It’s a good chipset for a budget smartphone and it is quite similar to the Helio G80 used on the Redmi 9 Prime.


In the camera department, Infinix Hot 10 now packs a quad camera setup. It has a 16MP main sensor, 2MP macro sensor, 2MP depth sensor, and QVGA low light sensor.

On the front, it retains the same 8MP selfie camera as the Infinix Hot 9. It can capture videos up to [email protected] fps from both rear and front cameras.

Infinix Hot 10 gets a slight bump in terms of battery. It now features a 5200 mAh battery but it still doesn’t support fast charging.

Furthermore, it runs on XOS 6.0 on top of Android 10.

Infinix Hot 10 price in Nepal is Rs. 18,490 for 4GB RAM and 128GB ROM. You can pre-order the Hot 10 from daraz and delivery will begin from March 12.

Infinix Hot 10 looks like a decent budget phone with a good chipset. The Helio G70 paired with a 720p display will provide some good performance. However, it is going up against serious competitions like Redmi 9 Prime and Poco M2. Compared to the competition, it lacks an ultrawide angle sensor which could be a turn-off for some customers.
