The Development and Technology Committee of the House of Representatives has directed the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to make telephone and internet services reliable.
A meeting of the committee held at Singha Durbar on Wednesday directed the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology to make telephone and internet services reliable.
During the meeting, the chairperson of the committee Kalyani Kumari Khadka instructed the ministry to make the telephone and internet services reliable as soon as possible keeping in mind the suggestions of the committee members.
Similarly, the committee has also drawn the attention of the ministry to effectively implement the process of stopping illegal activities from mobile phones. The committee has also directed to make the postal service effective and systematic.
