Interim order of the Supreme Court in the writ petition saying that e-commerce should be allowed in the prohibition order

The Supreme Court has issued an interim order in the name of the government to inform whether food delivery and e-commerce were allowed to operate during the injunction period.

The food delivery and e-commerce companies had filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court saying that they should be allowed to conduct business even under the ban.

Some e-commerce companies had filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court on June 16 against the Prime Minister’s Office and the Office of the Council of Ministers.

Judge Sapna Pradhan Malla and Dr. Kumar Chudal’s joint bench has issued an interim order in favor of the e-commerce entrepreneur.
