iQOO U3x 5G Price in Nepal, Specifications, Features, Availability

iQOO is mainly known for its gaming smartphones that are powered by the latest flagship-grade Snapdragon chipsets. In a big deviation from iQOO’s wheelhouse, the company has launched an affordable 5G phone in the Chinese market, the iQOO U3x 5G. In this post, we will be taking a look at the specs, features, expected price, and availability of the iQOO U3x 5G in Nepal.

iQOO U3x 5G Overview:

Design and Display

The phone features a 6.58-inch IPS LCD panel with a Full HD+ resolution. It boasts a 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and has a waterdrop notch that houses the selfie camera. The screen-to-body-ratio of the phone is listed at 90.61%.

iQOO U3X 5G color options

The rear panel of the phone has a gradient finish and is available in two color options. The square camera module is in the top-left position. If it was not for the iQOO branding, it would have been difficult to distinguish it from other budget offerings from Vivo.

Performance and Memory

Powering the phone is the Snapdragon 480 5G. It is the cheapest 5G chipset in Qualcomm’s arsenal right now. Talking about the performance, it boasts 100% improvement in both CPU and GPU department when compared to its closet sibling Snapdragon 460. The phone is available in three memory variants – 4/128GB, 6/64GB, and 8/128GB. The latter inherits “Memory Fusion” technology from flagship iQOO offerings. With this, users can assign 3GB of internal memory as RAM in case the 8GB RAM seems insufficient.

On the software front, the device ships with OriginOS (for iQOO) based on Android 11. It also features the Multi-Turbo 5.0 feature that reserves all of the available CPU power for gaming when required.

Camera

iQOO U3x has three cameras in total – two on the back and one at the front. The dual rear camera setup consists of a 13MP primary camera accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor. The two sensors along with an LED flash are placed in a triangular arrangement inside the rectangular camera module. A waterdrop notch on the front houses the 8MP selfie camera.

Rest of the specs

Fueling the device is a massive 5,000mAh battery. The phone also supports 18W wired charging for faster refueling. Connectivity-wise, iQOO U3x supports 5G connectivity, Bluetooth 5.1, and Wi-Fi ac. Also, it features a 3.5mm headphone jack, Type-C port, and dual-SIM slots.
