Design
Itel Vision 3 has a similar design as the Itel Vision 2 with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and rectangular camera module.

Just like Vision 2, it also has plastic rear and plastic frame. The phone comes in two colors: Deep Ocean Black and Jewel Blue.

It has a large 6.6-inch HD+ IPS panel with a drop notch for a camera.
The Itel Vision 2 had a punch-hole on the top left of the screen but this one comes with drop-notch. Itel mentions that Vision 3 has a brightness of 480 nits.
Hardware
In terms of hardware, Itel Vision 3 is equipped with a Unisoc SC9863A chipset.
It comes with an Octa-core (4×1.6 GHz Cortex-A55 CPU and 4×1.2 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU and PowerVR GE8322 GPU.
The phone comes with either 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage or 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Users can expand the storage via a microSD card.

Itel Vision 3 has a dual rear camera with an 8MP main sensor and an AI lens.

Itel Vision 3 is an entry-level phone with an entry-level chipset. However, it uses the same chipset as the older Itel Vision 2 and it gets a drop notch instead of the hole punch.
