Mahesh Sharma Dhakal and Jagdish Dahal appointed as directors of Nepal Clearing House
Mahesh Sharma Dhakal and Jagdish Dahal have been appointed to the Board of Directors of Nepal Clearing House (NCHL). The meeting of the 206th Board of Directors of NCHL decided to appoint Dhakal and Dahal.
Mahesh Sharma Dhakal, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Mega Investment Bank, and Jagdish Dahal as Independent Directors have been appointed from Commercial Bank.
In the board of directors of companies promoted through Nepal Rashtra Bank and bank financial institutions, there is a provision of seven representatives, one from the National Bank, three from the commercial bank, one each from the development bank and the finance company, and one from the independent director.
