Nepal Oil Corporation becoming digital, ERP system implemented

Nepal Oil Corporation has implemented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Oil Corporation has implemented ERP system from Sunday.

The corporation has invested around Rs 250 million in the ERP system. The corporation is moving towards ERP system to make monitoring and regulation effective.

At the same time, all the activities of the corporation will be digitized. There will be online monitoring on the route from loading to unloading of tankers transporting petroleum products through ERP system.

From this system, the daily work of the provincial offices, depots and departments of the corporation across the country will come under the integrated information system. There will be monitoring and instruction from one place.

Fuel billing has also started from the ERP system. Earlier, the Nepal Oil Corporation had implemented the ERP system from April 15, but it was brought into full implementation from Sunday.
