New drop-off points in drawers, easy to return goods

Drawer has partnered with IME Pay to make online shopping easier for customers. Daraj has announced new drop-off points in different parts of the country in partnership with IME Pay.

Through this partnership, the selected IME Pay Hub drawers will act as drop-off points for the customers, said Daraj.

Such points will provide a more convenient and hassle-free way to return goods. Customers will now be able to easily return any products just by visiting their nearest IME Pay Hub.

Apart from the drawer hub, customers will now be able to go to IME Pay Hubs inside and outside the Valley to drop off their packages.

At present, six hubs are in operation in Kathmandu Valley and eight hubs will be operational soon, said Daraj.
