NIC Asia Bank can now also update mobile number through video call

NIC Asia Bank has introduced the facility of updating KYC details, updating accounts, changing savings account schemes, updating signatures and updating mobile number or email address by making an online video call under the video KYC service introduced by NIC Asia Bank for its customers.


The bank has already started the service of updating KYC details through video call for customers who open accounts online, now five more services have been added to this system.

These five new services, which can be taken from home or office, can be tabbed on Apply Now on the bank’s website,, and the customers can choose the desired service from the VKYC and request the bank, and at the convenient time given by the customer, the bank has arranged to contact the relevant customer dignitaries to provide the service.

The bank, which is continuing to bring sophisticated services and facilities according to the changing times, to provide the mentioned services, when making a video call, the customers need to present an identity card (citizenship, passport, driver’s license or voter’s ID card) and white paper and a pen with black or blue ink. You should keep with yourself and show the details and documents as requested by the bank employees.
