The bit m5 has a dual-tone finish on the back. The phone has a black camera bar at the back that spans the width of the device The rest of the plastic has a leather-like texture.

The phone is available in two variants based on memory configurations. The base model has 4GB LPDDRX RAM and 64GB UFS 2.2 internal storagewhile the higher variant comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

The Poco M5 has a triple rear camera setup consisting of a main 50MP camera with an f/1.8 aperture lens. The other cameras are depth and macro cameras, both of 2MP.
