Problem with Ncell’s new mobile number, request to the concerned body to facilitate it like other numbers

OTP not coming to Ncell’s new mobile number, problem to sign up, difficulty in transactions from wallet.

Ncell issued a notice that there was a problem with the new mobile number starting from 970 and requested to facilitate it like other numbers.

Ncell Aziata Limited has been distributing new mobile numbers starting from 970XXXXXXX for customer convenience as per the approval of Nepal Telecommunication Authority.

‘We are receiving information from customers who have taken new mobile numbers such as OTP not being received, problems in signing up for mobile apps and web-based services, difficulties in doing transactions through wallets, etc.’

Therefore, Ncell has requested all the government and semi-government bodies, banks and financial institutions and private organizations that provide services through the use of mobile numbers to open the services by making the new mobile numbers starting from 970 to run in their system like other numbers.
