Protect your Google search history with a password

Google search history keeps a record of every activity in your web browser. What time you went to which site and what you did will appear in the search history. Sometimes our search history can be seen by others which can compromise our privacy.

To avoid this, Google allows you to put a password in the search history so that you need a password to view your search history. Search history can be viewed only after knowing the password. Today we are giving you information about how to protect your Google search history by keeping a password.

First of all, you have to open Activity Google.com in your web browser. You must be signed in to your account for this. Now you have to click on the option called Manage My Activity Verification.

Then click on the option called Require Extra Verification and click on the option called Save. Google will now ask you to enter a password to prove that it is you. In this way, your search history can be password protected.
