Realme Watch 3 Pro Launch

Realme has finally announced the launch date for its next Pro smartwatch which it has been teasing for almost a month now. The watch will be unveiled via an event on September 7, just a day before the Apple “Far Out” event. So, let’s take a look at everything we know so far about the upcoming Realme Watch 3 Pro.

Realme Watch 3 Pro Overview:

Design and Display

Based on what Realme has put out so far, Realme Watch 3 Pro will bring some major improvement in the display department. Like its predecessor, the Watch 3 Pro will sport a rectangular display but this time it will be an AMOLED screen instead of an LCD. Likewise, the screen will be bigger with a diagonal length of 1.75-inch.

The teaser image shows the watch with curved edges and flat frames. The bottom chin is a little heavier resulting in a 68.7% screen-to-body ratio. According to reports by 91mobilesthe watch will have a total pixel count of 368 x 448. It will refresh at 60Hz and will boast peak brightness of up to 500 nits.

Health Tracking and Features

While Realme is yet to confirm any of these features, we are pretty confident that the new Watch 3 Pro will inherit things like 24 x7 heart rate monitoring, SpO2 evaluation, and sleep tracking from its predecessor. Being a Pro model, we also expect it to have Bluetooth calling and GPS tracking. The former is even available on the non-Pro model announced last month.

Realme Watch 3 Pro Price and Launch

The Realme Watch 3 Pro will be announced via an online event on September 6 at 12:30 IST. We know the official pricing, but it’s likely the watch will be more expensive than the Watch 2 Pro which costs INR 3,499. It will go on sale from Flipkart.
