Following the debut of the Galaxy F14 5G, Samsung is reportedly planning to debut a new F-series device in India. A new smartphone with the model number “SM-E546B/DS” has recently been found on Samsung India’s websitewhich is believed to be the forthcoming Galaxy F54 5G. Rebranded M54 5G
The only concrete bit of information available on the aforementioned website is the phone’s model number. However, according to the SGS Fimko certification website, the Samsung Galaxy F54 could be a rebranded version of the Galaxy M54 5G. Both of them have identical model numbers and are listed next to each other on the SGS Fimko website. For reference, the Galaxy M54 has the model number “SM-M546B/DS” and was launched in the Middle Eastern market last month.
Furthermore, this certification also reveals Galaxy F54’s battery and charging specs. The phone has a typical 5830mAh battery (which most likely refers to a standard 6000mAh cell). Other than this, it supports 25W fast charging.
Rumored specs
Considering the Samsung Galaxy F54 is likely a rebranded Galaxy M54, it is rumored to sport a 6.7″ FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the phone will be powered by Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1380 chipset. This will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. As for the software, it will run on Android 13-based One UI 5.1.
In terms of cameras, the Galaxy F54 will pack a 108MP primary, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro sensor at the back. On the front, there will be a 32MP selfie shooter inside the hole-punch cutout.
