Secretary at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology Hari Prasad Basyal will get compulsory leave from Wednesday.

According to the government library, Secretary at the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology Basyal is getting compulsory leave from tomorrow.

Last July, he was appointed secretary in the Ministry of Communications. While at the Ministry of Communications, Basyal took the initiative to implement the Digital Nepal Framework.

Before joining the Ministry of Communications, Basyal Gandaki was the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister’s Office. Having a permanent home in Palpa, he also has experience in diplomacy.

Basyal, who has served as consul general in Lhasa, China, has built his image as an honest and hardworking secretary.
