SpaceX launches 100,000 Starline satellite internet terminals

SpaceX has already launched one lakh StarLink satellite internet terminals. Alan Musk, chief executive of SpaceX, said on his official Twitter account that the service was available in 14 locations. Musk said the company’s license application was being considered in several countries.

SpaceX launched StarLink in 2020 as a beta service. For the first time, the service costs 11,749 and the router costs an additional 59,223. The Internet is not easily accessible and there is a Starline Internet service for remote areas.

That’s why users are willing to pay a lot of money for the Internet. For StarLink, SpaceX has already launched 1,800 satellites and plans to launch another 42,000 smaller Internet satellites.
