Telecom says: ‘We always respect customer privacy, use with confidence’

Nepal Telecom has expressed doubts about the security of Nepal Telecom’s services on an online news portal on May 22 and said that the company has drawn serious attention to the news published.

Nepal Telecom has requested all customers to be assured that they will always respect the privacy of the customers and will not compromise their security and privacy even once.

According to Telecom, like other telecommunication service providers, the company provides details only after the order of the respected court in the process of any investigation by the authorized body of the state.

Informing that the company’s services are very reliable and secure, they are very sensitive to maintaining the confidentiality of the customers, Nepal Telecom has requested to use the company’s services confidently.

The company has also given information about the fact that institutional users of the company’s services are increasing significantly in recent times.
