Telecom service will be disrupted in some places of Kathmandu

Kathmandu, the provincial directorate of Nepal Telecom, has informed that the service will be disrupted in some places of Kathmandu for a few days.

The Directorate has issued a notice stating that the cabinets, poles, and cables of Nepal Telecom will be removed from the roads and the copper network will have to be migrated to FTTH.

The notice said, “Nepal Telecom’s cabinets, poles, and cables on the right and left side of the ring road from Banasthali to Basundhara (about 5 km) under the Nepal Telecom Office Gongbu will be removed from the road. Nepal Telecom apologizes for the inconvenience.
