In the 60th annual report, the Auditor General’s Office questioned the debt management and debt management software being used by the Public Debt Management Office.

The loan operation and management software for public debt operation and management under the capital market and infrastructure capacity support program of the Asian Development Bank has been operational since January 15, 2076.

“The main user of the system is the office itself, but the access rights that should be obtained as a support user or system administrator are with an international supplier, so there is no confidence in the confidentiality and security of data and reports,” the report of the General Account stated.

The General Account is of the opinion that since there is a provision in the contract to pay the annual maintenance fee without providing additional services, the situation is completely dependent on the supplier to get access to the software.
