The draft says that permission should now be obtained from the authorities to operate additional electronic services
Now a person who wants to operate electronic additional services (digital value added services) has to take permission from Nepal Telecommunication Authority.
The authority has made provisions in this regard in the draft of the procedure for operation of additional electronic services, 2079.
It has been mentioned in the draft that a person who wants to operate a service should submit an application to the authority by attaching a work plan related to the service he wants to operate according to the rules.
After submitting the application, the authority will provide the required number for the service and will approve the service fee. Then the service can be operated.
